Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to use Pyaar & Prema. By using the platform you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at pyaarandprema+staging@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

You may not share your account with others or create accounts for the purpose of circumventing limits or restrictions.

Some features of Pyaar & Prema require a one-time plan purchase (Free, Basic, or Pro). Plan fees are charged once per project — not on a recurring monthly or annual basis.

Payments are handled by a third-party payment provider (Stripe). By purchasing a paid plan you authorise a one-time charge for that plan. You may upgrade to a higher plan later and will be charged only the difference between what you have already paid and the list price of the new plan.

Refund policy. All plan payments are final. We do not issue refunds — including for unused features, accidental purchases, or projects closed after purchase. The only exception is where a refund is required by applicable law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund under law, contact us using the email in the Contact section below.

We reserve the right to change list pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Changes do not affect amounts you have already paid for an existing project.

Live stream. Live streaming is included with the Pro plan. Fair-use limits apply: up to 4 hours of total live streaming per project, up to 4 hours per individual broadcast, and up to 500 concurrent viewers. We may enforce these limits automatically.

You agree not to use Pyaar & Prema to:

• Upload or transmit content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or infringing.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or another user's account.
• Use automated means to scrape or extract data without our written permission.
• Resell or sublicense access to the platform without our written consent.
• Interfere with the integrity or performance of the service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Pyaar & Prema (guest data, event details, photos, etc.). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process that content solely to provide the service to you.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to any content you upload, including guest contact information. You must comply with applicable privacy laws when collecting and uploading personal data about your guests.

Pyaar & Prema, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by MoonShot Projects LLC and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our written permission.

Pyaar & Prema is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose. We are not responsible for any losses arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose or (b) US $100.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

You may stop using Pyaar & Prema and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, with or without notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases. Sections 5–8 and 10 survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of San Francisco County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will notify you by email or by a prominent notice in the app at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
